Erin and Dominique recently celebrated the close of their mentorship as they transitioned to Alumni status after a meaningful journey together. As Dominique navigated returning to the workforce after treatment, Erin supported her through interviews, career decisions, and the health challenges that came along the way, drawing on her own experience as a cancer survivor. Dominique recently landed a new job, making this next chapter an especially exciting one. Their connection will continue beyond the mentorship, with Erin planning to visit Dominique in Chicago this October while she is in town for the Chicago Marathon.
