The Woman's Club of Cayce is proud to sponsor the 23rd Annual Cayce Cares Tree Lighting Memorial and Canned Good Collection Project. This year, Cayce Cares will be helping two great local entities - God's Helping Hands and the Scooter Scott Project provide food for those in need in our community.
Your food or monetary donation will help local Lexington 2 families with food insecurity over the next few months.
God's Helping Hands is a local crisis ministry that helps our community members with food and other needs. GHH also helps other food banks with their food supply needs.
The Scooter Scott Project provides support to our Lexington 2 school students through their weekend snack packs, In addition, Tree Light Memorial funds will also help the SSP provide Christmas meals this holiday season.
The Cayce Care Project culminates on December 5 at 6:00 pm with the 47th annual lighting of the community Christmas Tree at Cayce City Hall returning as an in-person event. Your donation will be included as part of the Tree Lighting Memorial. You may donate in honor of or in memory of a friend or loved one or simply as yourself.
