Cassie for City Council

Contributions will be made to Cassie Ratliff for Colorado, a candidate committee to support and elect Cassie Ratliff to the Commerce City, City Council (Ward 3), 11553 E. 118th Place Commerce City, CO 80640. Under the Commerce City campaign finance ordinance, Commerce City candidates do not have contribution limits. Contributions from candidate, recall, issue, or independent expenditure committees are prohibited, as are those from corporations, unions, foreign governments, non-U.S. citizens, and anonymous donations of $20 or more.  Political campaign contributions are not tax deductible. Political Action Committees registered with the Secretary of State for supporting or opposing state and local candidate and issues need not register with the Clerk’s Office. Political Action Committees and other committees, that only contribute to Commerce City candidates will need to register and file with the Clerk’s Office.
