Camp Fire Oneida/ Camp Birchrock
When you invest in Camp Fire Oneida, you are investing in our local youth and their futures.
Camp Fire Oneida’s mission is to "connect young people to the outdoors, to others, and to themselves," and with your support, we can continue doing just that.
Every year, we have an average of 150 day and resident campers. Approximately 20% of our campers receive at least some amount of campership. So far In 2024, we have been able to help families by awarding $14,444 in Campership to families that otherwise could not afford to send their children.

Our family has had a cottage on Velvet Lake since 1948. I have a lot of nonprofit board experience and would be pleased to help.

My sister, Julie, and I were Camp Birchrock campers in the late 70's and early 80's. Our mother, Sharon Schroeder, was the executive director of CFG for several years. We have such fond memories of overnight camp and all of the river trips we took. Julie and I are happy to support a week of day camp for a young person and hope she/he will enjoy the outdoors as much as we did growing up in Northern Wisconsin.
