California Privacy Rights Act of 2020

PROBLEM:

First, some of the world’s largest companies have actively prioritized weakening the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which prevents businesses from selling your data without your knowledge or permission. Second, the use of your personal information has evolved as the drive to track us across all our devices, all the time, continues to be the focus for many businesses.

SOLUTION:

Vote YES on Proposition 24 (CPRA) in November 2020 to give you the power to take back control over your personal information, expand CCPA’s consumer rights, create more transparency and establish an enforcement arm to protect these rights.

Californians for Consumer Privacy is a Section 501(c) (4) social welfare organization, EIN 82-3783368. All donors must fill out the following form completely.
