Note: The Association of Saint Joseph operates as a nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Texas. We are currently in the process of applying to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition as a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. At this time, contributions are not tax-deductible. If our application is approved, the IRS may grant tax-exempt status retroactive to our date of incorporation, which would make your donation tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We will notify donors if and when our status changes.
The Association of Saint Joseph has ultimate authority to use all contributions at its discretion for purposes consistent with its tax-exempt purposes and religious identity.
