We are baking our way to an incredible milestone — 100,000 cakes baked with care and delivered to 100,000 youth nationwide. Cake4Kids works side-by-side with over 2,000 agency partners supporting youth, including youth facing food insecurity, homelessness, and economic uncertainty to deliver custom, handmade cakes to celebrate their big moments. 



This 100,000 milestone is more than a number. Each volunteer-created custom Cake4Kids cake is a small gesture that becomes a powerful moment for the children, teens, and young adults receiving them. 


Each cake delivery demonstrates that joy, community, and belonging matter. That we all contribute to making life a little sweeter for young people facing challenging circumstances. This milestone represents 100,000 moments of humanity.

Funding Our Mission


Cake4Kids receives 20,000+ cake requests every year (and growing). We work alongside 10,000+ volunteer bakers, 2,000+ agency partners, and local Chapter Ambassadors across 19 states and D.C. to ensure every cake request is completed on time for each child's special occasion. 


Youth submit their cake, cookie, brownie, and cupcake requests through our agency partners. The vision for their sweets is completely up to their imagination and interests! Each request is paired with a trained volunteer baker who brings their vision to life and delivers it back to our partner agencies. Finally, the youth pick up their custom sweets from the agency to enjoy. 


This coordinated, nationwide system requires infrastructure, training, and support to ensure smooth, safe execution. Cake4Kids is a registered 501(c) (3) nonprofit (EIN 45-3148916) organization that relies on the generous support of donors to operate. Every donation funds Cake4Kids expenses, including operational expenses, that allow our mission to reach kids with custom cakes on their special day. Thank you!
