We are looking to raise $100,000 following our move to Calgary earlier this year. We have new exhibits to build, education programming to start, and we would like to start sharing our collection and stories with other aviation museums across Canada. We are also working to digitize our collection and share more of it online for those who do not live locally. 

Any donation made to our efforts will help us accomplish these goals, which will help us share Canadian aviation and aerospace history with younger generations, thereby inspiring them to join these amazing industries! 

Every donation to the Hall will also receive a tax receipt.

Who are we?

Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame is a national not-for-profit organization that works to honour those individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to aerospace industries in Canada.

Through this work, we aim to educate and inspire future aviators who want to become leaders within aviation and aerospace industries. We also aim to teach people about Canada's rich history of aviation and space exploration, along with the many accomplishments our members have brought to these fields.  

Any one individual or organization who has made outstanding contributions to these fields in Canada is eligible for nomination and recognition by the Hall, which includes careers such as pilots, engineers, mechanics, artists, historians, and many more. 

Plans for Funding

In 2024, CAHF will begin looking into how to provide educational resources to those looking to enter the aviation and aerospace industries. 

We are also working hard to get artifacts and exhibits together to showcase our members and collection. Exhibit planning involves an immense amount of research, time to plan which objects and what stories to tell about them, and labour in building and installing. While we look to build exhibits in our new home at The Hangar Flight Museum, we will also look to add small exhibits to various aviation museums across the country. 

The work ahead of us is extensive, but we are confident with your support we can really grow the impact of Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame!
