The Madison Scouts, a program of Forward Performing Arts, proudly continue the $50,000 annual C.H. Beebe Scholarship Fund, established to honor our founder and longtime director. This needs-based scholarship supports members of the Madison Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps, ensuring that financial circumstances never stand in the way of participation.

C.H. Beebe led the Madison Scouts until his passing in 1968 and is widely regarded as the "Father of the Madison Scouts". From the very beginning, he believed drum corps should be about more than performance—focusing on character development, servant leadership, and creating meaningful opportunity for young people to grow within a supportive community.
