BWJOC Club Sponsorship

Hosted annually by the Blue Water Jeep Owners Club (BWJOC), the Polar Jeep Run brings together Jeep enthusiasts from across the region to raise vital funds for local children in need. This signature winter event has become one of the area’s most anticipated Jeep gatherings, combining community engagement with meaningful charitable impact.

We invite you to partner with us as a sponsor and help ensure the continued success of this event. Sponsorships play a critical role in covering event-related expenses, allowing 100% of proceeds to be donated directly to organizations that support children in our community, including Roof Sit, Safe Horizons, and programs that adopt families at Christmas.

Sponsorship offers a unique opportunity to support a high-impact fundraising event while gaining valuable visibility within the Blue Water community. Your partnership directly contributes to essential programs such as child abuse prevention, holiday assistance for families, and other local outreach efforts. Sponsors also benefit from recognition through event promotions, social media exposure, and on-site visibility during one of the region’s most well-attended Jeep events.

There is no set donation amount, and we gratefully accept contributions of any size. Every contribution—large or small—plays an important role in making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

All sponsors will be recognized over the public address system on the day of the event. In addition, sponsorships of $250 or more receive the following benefits:

• Company logo displayed on the BWJOC Facebook event page
• Sponsor recognition with a link on the BWJOC website
• Company logo printed on all event flyers
• Company logo displayed on the club and event banner

These recognitions remain in effect for the entire calendar year, and qualifying sponsors will also be acknowledged as supporters at all BWJOC annual events.
