Why did you say “yes” when asked to be a buzzee?

I said yes because I believe in the mission of the Cancer Crush event and all it does to support cancer patients in the community. I love giving back to the Quincy community any way I can!

Who are you doing this for/in Honor of?

I am doing this in honor of my grandma, Dixie Wellman, who passed away in 1998.

Why is it important for our community to support patients going through treatment?

Cancer patients are battling for their lives, the last thing they should have to worry about is how they are going to cover day to day bills.
