Burlington County Animal Alliance - "Help the Hurricane Dogs" Fund

Burlington County Animal Alliance (BCAA) works with many shelters in NC, SC, and GA to rescue animals.  We are focused on pulling as many dogs, as possible, from these "high-kill" areas.  The shelters in these states are currently packed with dogs whose owners are no longer able to keep their animals after Hurricane Florence, due to long-term property damage and displacement.   

We are desperately trying to do the best that we can to help, but we are appealing for help to house, provide supplies, and administer medical care to these animals until we can find them new homes with loving families. 

During the month of October, the Peter and Audrey Denton Foundation has so generously offered to match any donations made to BCAA, up to $5,000!  This money would allow us to rescue many more dogs and allow the victims of the hurricane to see their dogs go to loving families, rather than face euthanasia.
