Building Esteem in Teens & Women

The E.S.T.E.E.M Program is a career readiness program offering content to equip females ages 13 and up with knowledge, skills, computer training and mentoring support to increase self-confidence.  We partner with business leaders, career coaches, educators, chaplains and entrepreneurs to deliver soft skills and business content such as effective communication, conflict resolution, personal branding, resume writing, cultivating healthy relationships, self-awareness, financial literacy and much more! Our goal is to help participants gain the clarity and confidence needed to believe in themselves enough to take major steps to succeed in reaching their personal and career goals.
