Building Connections

Hi, I'm Sarah, the Founder and Executive Director of the Social Emotional Wellness Initiative (SEWI).  I started this organization so young people would have access to the support and love they needed in spaces they feel safe. This year please join me in raising money for our Building Connections Campaign. 

Youth are feeling disconnected, hopeless and unmotivated to navigate daily life. It breaks our hearts to hear our young people tell us that they feel alone and to learn of the extreme measures some take to “ease that loneliness”. 40 percent of youth report that they have not been offered any social or emotional support by an adult from their school. (America’s Promise Alliance). 

SEWI is doing the work so that youth can feel connected and supported by caring adults. We are providing essential mental health services and resources to those that may not otherwise have access. But we need your help.
