Local visionary ChaQuana McEntyre of Family Rise Together, who has a dream to transform "Building 117" into a downtown incubation hub. The vision is to provide space for artists, entrepreneurs, students, and community members.

"My agenda is to create a space where entrepreneurs will be safe, including BIPOC, women, veteran-owned businesses."

The space ChaQuana has envisioned includes an art lab, studio space, a digital learning center, a community kitchen, office space for business supporters, and so much more.
