Bryn Mawr Block Party 2025

Join us in celebrating our neighborhood and supporting independent, local businesses on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Bryn Mawr Block Party is a full street festival from Kimball to Sawyer, but we call it a “Block Party” because it conveys the casual, welcoming vibe of a neighborhood get-together where old and new friends bring a lawn chair and come and go as they please throughout the day. We invite our neighbors to do the same. Entry is free; we believe that everyone should be able to participate regardless of ability to pay. We need your help to make this possible by making a donation today or by purchasing a sponsorship as described below.

Platinum Sponsorship ($2,000) 

You will be listed as a lead sponsor in all event communications. Your logo will appear on all online and print advertising, as well as on the main banner on the day of the event. We will provide you with a tent and table to advertise your business/institution on the day of the event. Up to 5 people from your organization will receive free event t-shirts.

Gold Sponsorship ($1,000) 

Your logo will appear on all online and print advertising as well as on the main banner across the stage on the day of the event. We will provide you with a space to advertise your business/institution on the day of the event.

Silver Sponsorship ($500) 

Your logo will appear on all online and print advertising.
