Our Miracle Project

This opportunity came when we found ourselves most ready and craving a chance to build community and collaborate with innovative storytellers who see value in using audio to enhance the impact of their work.

"The Lab" has come together from dust! Zero budget, big believers and remarkable alignment of chance and faith. A true labor of love.

Your contribution to this project funds the ability to have this space, employ sound enthusiasts who are underrepresented in the industry, and subsidize access to top-tier sound design for storytellers who would not typically have this opportunity.

Crafting immersive audio experiences for publishers, performers, and visionary creators.

Brooklyn Sound Lab (BSL), is a nonprofit initiative of the Notes To The Soul. 

We offer a purpose-built space that’s designed specifically for audiobook, theatrical, immersive, and musical productions. Our capabilities meet the highest industry standards. 

Ultimately, our goal is to make professional audio production more accessible to diverse voices in our community, and we take pride in our team of audio technicians and artists, representing a range of ethnicities, genders, and perspectives.

With the help of community contributions of labor and furnishings, we were able to create the first draft of our space.  

Now we are calling on the community to ensure we will be here for the entirety of our first year so that we can continue to host collaborative events and provide a space for connection while we create knock-out sound design to help our partners tell their story with artistry.
