Bridging Cultures

At The Pavones Foundation, we believe that language is the gateway to opportunity, growth, and connection. Our mission is to empower Costa Rican children and young adults by providing access to life-changing language education. In partnership with passionate language teachers based in Costa Rica, we are launching a campaign to offer language lessons to those who want it most.

Why is this important? For many in Costa Rica, learning a new language is more than just acquiring words—it’s about unlocking doors to new opportunities, education, and economic independence. By learning English or another language, young Costa Ricans can improve their communication skills, access international job markets, and broaden their cultural horizons. Whether it’s pursuing further education or contributing to their local communities, language is the tool that can transform lives.

Our Goal:

We aim to raise $3,500, which will fund a series of language lessons for Costa Rican kids and young adults. Every $300 raised will sponsor nine lessons for one student, providing them with the foundation to grow in confidence and capability. With your help, we can sponsor 10 students who are eager to learn and change their futures.
