Steve is one of 3 siblings whose mother grew up in a children’s home. Neither parent is college educated, but they were determined to break the cycle for their sons and daughter.

However, in his final year of engineering, Steve finds himself at an impossible crossroads. His parents are unable to mobilize the final fee required for Steve to graduate.

Every year, a full Tiyara scholarship costs $1,500 and provides tuition, books, fees, and the support a scholar needs to complete higher education. For Steve, most of that journey has already been covered. Now, only $750 stands between him and a new life story.

This isn't about funding an entire scholarship. It's about making sure a promising student doesn't have to stop because of one final financial hurdle.
