People in Delhi, India are literally gasping for breath. There is no oxygen, no hospital beds, no life saving medicines. Founder and President of Roots Restaurant Broomfield, Madhoo Seth lost her father to COVID last year and now is faced with with prospect of losing more of her family and friends for no other reason other than access to basic medical needs such as oxygen, hospital beds and life saving COVID medicines such as Remdesivir and Baricitinib.
