Welcome to the online payments page for the Bradford Place Homeowners Association located in St. Charles, Missouri. 

We are offering residents the opportunity to make online payments for HOA Member Assessment Fees. 

2025 HOA Member Assessment Fee: $125.00 

PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR ONLINE PAYMENT 

The fee covers the charges from the online payment providers to the HOA. If you wish to avoid this fee, you can still pay by physical check. Instructions/details were provided in your assessment letter, or you view them on our website.
