Guardian Revival is a New York State 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization chartered to revive and preserve the mental health & wellbeing of veterans & first responders – our guardians – at no cost to them.

BOOTS & PAWS 

Boots & Paws is our canine program, which provides companion & service dogs to guardians in need. Each dog comes with a care package, including veterinary coverage, pet insurance, food, toys, leashes, and other essential care equipment for up to a year. 

COMPANION DOG SPONSOR 
$5,000 
Provide a companion dog along with a care package of food, veterinary care, toys, leashes & bowls, and pet insurance for a year.

SERVICE DOG SPONSOR
$25,000
Comprehensive coverage for a full-trained service dog, including up to 3,000 hours of training over an 18-month program, as well as food, veterinary care, and insurance.
