Vail Booth Heights Open Space

The Booth Heights fundraising campaign was established in response to community members who have expressed interest in making donations to contribute to the preservation of the Vail bighorn with the purchase and open space designation of the Booth Heights parcel. The Town of Vail has begun the process to purchase the Booth Heights parcel with a $12.0M offer to Vail Resorts.

If you would like to make a donation above $2,000 please visit the Vail municipal building or mail a check to:

Not unlike the widening of highways, more development can be counterproductive, as its environmental impacts are too often negative, mitigable at best. Keep Colorado beautiful.

Thanks to the courageous TOV Council and their amazing staff, like Kim Bertuglia, for having the strength and foresight to protect our wildlife neighbors.

Many of us live here because we want to be surrounded by wildlife. If the wildlife disappear, so will the tourists and the residents. There is a balance, so we need you to stay the course.

Shelly Gruner | $100

Save the Sheep. Stay the Course. Thank you.

Ron | $500

For the sheep, and the continued attractiveness of our town!
