We often think that Lent is the only time we, as Christians, should be meditating on the Passion of Our Lord and compassionating Jesus in His Sorrows. But in order to understand and to live more fully the Paschal Mystery, it would be profitable to keep a lively memory of the Passion of Jesus in our hearts not just during Lent, but throughout the whole year.
In that regard, I want to provide to as many seminarians as I am able one of my publications which gives meditations on the Passion by a 19th-century Passionist Priest. I’ve set the bar high at 500 seminarians!!! But I need your help.
This campaign is my response to the sorrow of the abuses and scandals which have come to light in the life of the Church. I see the proper response of reform in the Church beginning with the reform of one's own soul, that is our responsibility. How fitting is it to provide to those men who will be future priests an opportunity to conform their lives more profoundly to Christ Crucified.
Your donation to this cause not only provides the book to seminarians but also supports my work in general at PassioXP.com and the expenses of studies and cost of life in Rome in the discernment of God's Will for the foundation of a community of men devoted particularly to the Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ and the Blessed Sacrament. Over 140 copies have already been provided for seminarians, priests, and religious. But why stop there!!
