Blueprint Education operates two charter high schools in Phoenix, Arizona. Hope High School is a bricks-and-mortar school in west Phoenix that caters to more than 200 students per year. Hope High School Online is a virtual high school with more than 500 online students.

Blueprint Education embraces an Agile approach to work and solving problems because it is more productive and more satisfying for staff and students. The Agile mindset is fully embraced. Employing these Agile methods, tools, and frameworks applies to how students learn, how educators teach, and how the organizational staff works together. This style of working together requires a commitment to transparency and allows Blueprint Education to have a flat organizational structure.
