it's to bad that it's not a law to make people who have animals have them fixed and also because of all the animals there should be a law to stop breeding and selling the puppies something has to be done if breeding was stopped look at all the furbabys that could be adopted just saying

Heartbreaking to know and see the suffering that takes place everyday and worse to know that these efforts as well intentioned as they are , only relieve a small portion of that suffering but it is a start that does make a difference in the lives of some animals and that is what is important, to just make a difference even if small.
