Hi friends and family,
I was keen to end my year with a meaningful fitness goal. I was already travelling to Bali and thought this Swimrun marathon is the perfect way to finish my fitness challenge month.
I will be joining Southeast Asia’s premier swim-run event and put my body through it's 1st marathon, a gruelling 25.1k adventure in an effort to contribute to a lasting positive and profound environmental impact.
I will be so grateful and so thankful if you would please help me to raise a minimum $1,000 for this cause. We only have a short amount of time, so please donate if you can, even a few dollars goes a long way.
The 2024 Bali Hope Swimrun is fundraising for two grassroots community projects that will help protect the future of the island community. All funds raised will go directly to The Lembongan Recycling Center and Blue Corner Marine Research. Their work is critical in supporting a community undergoing rapid change.
Nusa Lembongan is a stunning tropical paradise known for its crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral reefs, and pristine beaches. However, like many islands, it faces a growing waste management challenge. The Lembongan Recycling Centre (LRC) was created to address this issue and safeguard the island’s environment for future generations. We invite you to join us in our mission to reduce waste, protect marine life, and create a more sustainable future for Lembongan.
