Back2School Fest

1 LIFE 1 FUTURE aims to support, inspire, and activate strategically targeted New Orleans neighborhoods through a locally grown grassroots initiative. 1 LIFE 1 FUTURE’s school supply drive will target K-8th grade students and families who are in the most need of access to basic school supplies.  School supplies are essential to student success and through our grassroots effort to better connect families a greater opportunity to build a community that has increased collective power to advocate on its own behalf will be what we hope to achieve and sustain long term.   Last summer, through the support our partners and donors, we were able to provide 200 students with backpacks filled with school supplies. This year we are looking to surpass last year by setting a goal to provide 500 students in the surrounding New Orleans area with backpacks filled with the essential school supplies to ensure they are ready to tackle this upcoming school year and we need your help to make sure we hit our goal!!
