Hi, my name is Aurora, I'm one of 2 donkeys living at Serenity Lane Animal Sanctuary. I'm a shy girl and my friend Cash loves attention, so I guess it works out.

This year for Christmas, I'd really like some people to sponsor me (and also some apples).

I found out recently that I have Cushing's disease and the medicine, plus the pain medication I'm already on, costs a lot on top of food and bedding and a winter blanket. Whew!

It takes a village to run a sanctuary and monthly donations, no matter the amount, really help!
