Goal
At a time when we are all experiencing the pandemic which impacts the economy across the globe. Generosity gives everyone the power to make a positive change in the lives of others and is a fundamental value anyone can act on. As part of our #GivingTuesdayNow campaign we’re fundraising for a relief fund in memory of a young colt, born with severe deformity, that we had taken in being relinquished by his owner back in November of 2018. His name was Auggie, named after his birthday of August 17, 2018 and he had a bright star in the shape of Texas. We gave him love and time to enjoy life. In the end his growing body could not keep up with the structural damage caused at birth. He was humanly euthanized on April 14, 2020. Every dollar raised will provide cushion fund that will impact the life of a Morgan who has found themselves in need due to the financial impact of the economy caused by COVID. We want to try and help them avoid what some owners may feel is their only choice at this time and deter them from the auction cycle offering other means of placement to humane euthanasia if needed. Please consider helping this cause in memory of this kind boy.
