Apples to Zucchini ~~~ Cooking in the Garden
During COVID, we are taking our classes to the garden! There's no better place to learn where our food comes from. In our farm to table classes, kids will learn about seed, soil, compost, seedlings, harvesting and so much more. Of course, we will be preparing food that is nutritious, delicious, and affordable. Students will learn proper cooking techniques and terminology, how to follow a recipe -- and when to leave the recipe behind and follow their creativity! Durin each class we will sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labor.
