On April 13, 2019 the Phoenix Conservancy will be hosting the second annual Artists of the Palouse Benefit. The event is from 12 pm to 4 pm at The Seasoned House in Pullman. The Phoenix Conservancy will showcase some of the regions incredible artists and photographers in a silent auction to raise support for our conservation and restoration programs. This catered event will include food, beer, and wine from local area businesses.
The funds raised from this event will go to support Phoenix Conservancy programs that seek to restore endangered ecosystems globally, for the communities that depend on them and the conservation of biodiversity, including right here on the Palouse. Since its founding in early 2017 Phoenix Conservancy has participated in projects in four U.S. states and two countries. Some of our projects include direct restoration of an endangered species at Steptoe Butte, educational programs with local area schools at Conservation Park in Pullman, and research of conservation practices in collaboration with faculty at Washington State University. The Phoenix Conservancy partners with community leaders, government agencies, research institutions, and other non-profit organizations to maximize the impact of our programs.
