Alpha Roleplay Donations Terms of Service

The Website, Forum, CAD, Community, and FiveM server for which is owned and operated by Alpha Roleplay. Throughout this Terms of Service “we”, “us” “our” refers to Alpha Roleplay

Donation Terms of Service; Please read the following before you donate. By donating to Alpha Roleplay you automatically accept these terms of service listed to you below;

1. By electing to donate I hereby acknowledge that I will NOT receive a refund of my donation if in any case, 1.Alpha Roleplay server shuts down. 2. You become banned off of Alpha Roleplay domains.

2. I acknowledge that any attempt to try and receive a refund for your donation will result in PERMANENT ban from all Alpha Roleplay domains.

3. Also by agreeing you acknowledge the fact that you will NOT be treated differently from other players, besides the few extra permissions you will receive from your donation package.

4. I acknowledge that by donating to the server I must abide by the same server rules as everyone else. If a rule is broken your donation benefits can be removed from you.

5. Any loss of receipt that you receive will also result in loss of benefits if a permission malfunction happens and we lose all our data.

6. This is not a service or a good, you are simply receiving extra benefits as a thank you for donating to us.

7. If you are using another person’s money to donate to us, you agree by completing the donation that you have their permission to use their money for this donation.

8. We as Alpha Roleplay have the right to change any package at any time for any reason including stopping a server or a package without any notice.

9. Donation packages are permanent until the length of time the server is active. If we do decide at any time to discontinue a server there will be no compensation.

10. You understand it can take upto 24 hours to process and clear the payment. Please do not use any of the benefits until it has been cleared and you have got your tags to avoid confusion with our staff.

11. You understand and accept that you can not transfer your donation tag or donate for somebody other than yourself.
