HI friends! This campaign focuses on supporting local shelters and local North Carolina animal organizations by providing supplies and care for displaced animals. The floods have brought ashore many displaced and abandoned animals. The animals and people of North Carolina and victims of Hurricane Florence need our love, let's not leave them on floating like they're on a real island! Every dollar counts.
The animals have come from shelters in Cumberland County, Pitt County and Guilford County that were either threatened by flooding or needed to make room for pets being rescued locally to ensure they have the best chance of being reunited with their families. Our compassionate Army's objective has been to give supplies, help clean, feed, walk, and any additional misc. physical & emotional support. Personally speaking with shelters, evacuee centers, and sanctuaries-- Supplies are a priority. I will make sure they get to those needed the most!
Every year, thousands of animals are affected by natural and unnatural disasters in the U.S. Your kind donation will ease their suffering by providing pet supplies and transport costs. A small donation of $25 can feed 1 cat and 1 dog for an entire month :)
