Goal

Help Us Mend Kids in Armenia

I will be traveling to Armenia in late October as a nonmedical volunteer with Mending Kids. Mending Kids first visited Armenia in 2016 and has been returning regularly ever since. Dr. Andre Panossian and his team will be performing highly sub-specialized reconstructive plastic surgery, specifically for facial reanimation, neurofibromatosis treatment, vascular and congenial hand anomalies, and general pediatric plastic surgery.

This will be my first time assisting on a mission with Mending Kids. I am looking forward to supporting the medical team and the children and their families in any way I can. This trip is especially exciting for me since I am a quarter Armenian, from my dad's side of the family. I have never been to Armenia and am looking forward to spending time in Yerevan and getting to know the people and the culture.

I hope you will consider supporting this mission financially. The surgical team is donating their skills, time, and passion. But getting them to Armenia, and providing them what they need to be successful, takes resources.

Your donation helps cover flights from Los Angeles, hotel stays near the hospital, extra luggage fees to transport vital supplies, and the consumables needed in every surgery. It also supports the efforts required behind the scenes to make it all run smoothly.

Every dollar gets us closer to transforming lives. Please support the mission today!  Thank you!
