Support Our Herd
Connecticut Draft Horse Rescue (CDHR) is a 501C3 non-profit equine rescue group that saves draft horses from dire conditions and in many cases, slaughter.
CDHR volunteers have rescued, vetted, fed, trained, and given these draft horses a second chance at life. Many of our horses have been adopted by loving new owners, others have found their forever home at our farm, where they live out their days knowing they’ll always be loved and cared for.
This is your chance to be part of a much-needed resource for saving these beautiful animals. We are grateful for any amount and all funds will go directly to the care of the horses.
