Annual Appeal
Our Annual Appeal is historically a time to connect with our supporters, celebrate our successes, share our new plans, and ask for your help in achieving our many goals for our community, visitors and audiences. As this year draws to an end, we face a challenging 2021 amid continuing uncertainties caused by COVID-19 as we reach out asking for your support.
Your financial support is very important for 2021 as this beloved 'gem of a museum' continues its mission to educate and preserve Native American cultural knowledge and the lessons they offer communities today. As we rise to meet this time of great challenges, we are reminded of those who came before us and those who have sustained their cultural heritage during times of great turmoil.
We need your help at this critical time, as we strive to develop and offer ever better and more impactful ways to tell the story of the Native American presence in these Eastern Woodlands for over 12,000 years. Please donate today! With your help, we look forward to continuing the vital work we do here at the Institute for American Indian Studies to "preserve and educate through discovery and creativity the diverse traditions, vitality, and knowledge of Native American cultures.”
