Kia ora, malo e lelei, I've been on Porirua City Council for 9 years. I was Deputy Mayor for 3 years. This coming election I am running for Mayor. Thank you for supporting my campaign!

I have the experience and the integrity to do the job. Porirua is a small city on the precipice of some large opportunities and also challenges. Our city deserves to have high expectations of our leaders.

My four main policies are

1. Do the basics resilient infrastructure, balance the budget

2. Protect our harbour and waterways, our community character, the future for our rangatahi e.g. climate change, infrastructure that protects our environment and people, our housing remains affordable and accessible

3. Grow thoughtful and strategic development, jobs for our community, encourage innovation e.g. a sustainable plan for infrastructure and growth

4. Connect the region to the city, our neighbourhoods to our city centre, our people to decision making eg. transmission gully, multimodal, walkability, engagement with our community, children and young people, honest and difficult conversations
