An Evening in Casablanca Sponsorship Opportunities 2023

We cordially invite you to An Evening in Casablanca, United Returning Citizen's signature fundraising gala scheduled for October 6, 2023. This year our event will feature keynote speaker Jay Williams, President and CEO of the Hartford Foundation, and the former Mayor of Youngstown. Our annual fundraising gala is an exciting occasion for URC, the people we serve, supporters, and friends to celebrate our shared mission of supporting returning citizens in our communities. 

Each year, an average of 800+ people are released from incarceration in the Mahoning Valley. As individuals return to their communities, even after a short period of incarceration, they face the challenge of identifying housing, employment, education, family reunification, social supports, and medical care. URC exists to fill the gap between these needs and the resources available to support our communities.

As a sponsor of “A Night in Casablanca” you will be directly supporting our mission to prepare men, women, and families for successful transition back into the community following incarceration. All funds raised will once again support Project Good Homes. If you are unable to participate as a sponsor, please consider attending as a guest.
