Benefits of an AMSTRA Membership:

Your annual investment in an AMSTRA membership affords you access to representation in matters that affect your property and business, advocacy at the state and local level, educational events, and exclusive access to important updates, monthly zoom meetings, and quarterly in person meetings.

Dues are scaled to the number of STR units owned, managed or hosted by the member. If you are a property manager, we recommend assessing owners who benefit from your membership with their share of the dues.
