Thank you for pulling Miracle from the NYCACC for us! Turns out she had hepatocellular carcinoma and just a short time to live. But we filled that time with warm, cozy beds, hugs & kisses, lavish compliments for her beautiful tortie fur, Fancy Feast, and heroic medical interventions in an attempt to save her. I pray she was able to feel the love, after having been abandoned by the person who'd had her since she was just a few weeks old. She may have died of grief as much as anything.
