Amanda Rodriguez TCS NYC Marathon

Welcome to my fundraising page! I am stoked to be running the NYC Marathon as part of the ALPFA team!

I’m Amanda: a proud Latina with Puerto Rican, Italian, and Polish roots.  I’m also a strategic operations and program manager with a passion for fostering connections and scaling positive change.

Inspired by the connections and opportunities I have seen and found myself through ALPFA events and activities, I am determined to pay it forward and ensure that others have access to similar support and resources. 

With a diverse background rooted in environmental engineering from Cornell University, my career has evolved to include food equity, community development, and product management. Driven by a deep commitment to leveraging technology and innovation for social good, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding and improving the connections between our food system, individual health, and planetary well-being - this has only been possible through mentorship and community.

Please join me in ensuring students entering the professional world have access to opportunities to engage with members of the ALPFA community who have paved the way for Latino professionals. And please come cheer me on during the race on Sunday, November 3rd, 2024!!!
