This fund was established with a gift from Joyce and Randall Broyles in honor and love for their pets, Winkie, Christopher, Andrew, Aimee and Alexander; it is to benefit the Raleigh County Humane Society. Joyce, a former BAF office manager and long-time supporter of the Foundation, commented: “When you know how to truly love a pet, you then know how to love all of God’s creation.”
