Adopt A Wild Child & Support Our Garden

Support our next exciting project by adopting a plant (or a whole plant family) from our native pollinator garden design for the Main Library at Goodwood!  Choose from giant coneflower, cutleaf rudbeckia, stokes aster, black eyed susan, western bracken fern, sensitive fern, gulf coast penstamon, guara, purple coneflower, coastal mallow, beauty berry, dwarf palmetto, arrowwood viburnum, inland sea oats or turks cap!  Or collect them all :)

We urge you to adopt, and then come help us plant, and come check on your little one throughout the season.  We would love to hear from you which pollinators you see visiting, how many flowers are popping off, or anything else you'd like to share!

Let us know which plant or plants you'd like to adopt in the comments or send us a note, and we'll make you a sticker or a button to show your parental pride!

Thank you for supporting Louisiana Wild Society in creating healthy, local habitat in Baton Rouge!

Hope to see you on November 8th!  If you can't make it, send us a note with your address and we'll mail you your sticker :)
