Sri Abubabaji charitable Mission Trust and Sri Abubabaji Religious and Festival Mission Trust is situated nestled in the Nilgiri Hills at the hill station of Ooty in South India.
The Trust has been doing charitable work for the poor irrespective of their caste, creed or religion. All religious festivals are celebrated with equal enthusiasm. The Abubabaji Religious and Festival Mission Trust Stands for Oneness of religions symbolizing peace, harmony, love and affection, respect and regard, concern and care, warmth and welfare.
The main objects of the Trust is to help the poor, downtrodden and needy persons irrespective of their caste, creed or religion in all the walks of life like Education, Healthcare, Oldage, Food
Education: We provide scholarships for children from KG to Graduation. This scholarship is given to over 1000 children annually since 2004.
Old Age: We support the Old age persons and widows during their times of hardship and turmoil by providing them a steady stipend to live on. These goes to their food, healthcare, and basic necessities. There is just over 1000 beneficiaries every year with this program.
Food: On a daily basis, we feed approximately 150 people during lunch and dinner. We have a separate kitchen and dining hall to feed the people daily unlimited and most hygienic food and all are free to participate in this feeding
Healthcare: We have a nonprofit medical center located in ooty, with a subsidised cost of 25%.
- Eyecare: First Saturday of each month, an eye camp, with the help and co-ordination of K.G. Eye hospital. More that 125 patients were treated and 15 recommended for operation for free over the last year.
- Mobile Clinic: To cater to the health care of the village people in and around Ooty, wherein, no medical facilities exist, We fund and operate an Ambulance Van, Doctor, Nurse, and Technician to visit the villages. We had carried a trail Run to few villages and the response is overwhelming.
