CRPA commends the Ninth Circuit for their very appropriate ruling in Junior Sports Magazines v. Bonta, striking down the provisions of AB 2571!

We challenged AB 2571 the second it was passed in order to defend both the First and Second Amendment rights of those impacted by this absurd and blatantly unconstitutional restriction.  And while we are thrilled with this outcome, we are mindful that the state may still seek to appeal.
