A Red Circle is a growing nonprofit organization located in North St. Louis County, Missouri, which is a predominantly minority-populated region of St. Louis County. Research of the area and its population reveal that racial and economic disparity still exists between North and the remainder of St. Louis County. A Red Circle was founded to address this disparity by promoting economic development through a racial equity lens.
