Help ARC-Southeast Raise $200,000 by Dec. 31

For ten years, ARC-Southeast has shown up no matter what—through overturned rights, clinic closures, criminalization, COVID, and rapidly escalating state bans. We’ve redistributed $10 million to support more than 40,000 people across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Now, as reproductive access in the South reaches its most devastating point yet, we’re calling on our community to help us raise $200,000 by the end of the year to sustain this work.

Across the Southeast, reproductive health care is being reshaped by an intentional and coordinated wave of restrictions:

• New 6-week bans in Florida and South Carolina have pushed thousands of people across state lines, turning routine care into high-cost, multi-day journeys—especially for Black, brown, rural, young, and low-income Southerners.
• Criminalization is escalating, including Alabama’s Attorney General threatening to prosecute anyone who assists residents seeking care in other states—instilling fear for patients and helpers alike.
• Call volume and need continue to rise, not because people’s circumstances have changed, but because states are working to trap our communities in cycles of harm.
• Laws change overnight, like Tennessee’s shifting waiting period and South Carolina’s on-again, off-again ban, forcing callers to rebook appointments, lose wages, and navigate sudden new barriers.

Our politics shape our practice: listening deeply, responding rapidly, and showing up with radical love for our communities.

• $50/month helps cover travel for a caller journeying to an out-of-state clinic.
• $100/month strengthens our mutual aid fund, supporting callers who lose wages due to appointments or travel
• $250 covers an ultrasound or follow-up appointment with a trusted provider.
