Family situation:

There are eight members in my family—my grandparents, parents, three brothers, one sister, and me. My father works as a daily-wage labourer, while my mother is a homemaker. Our family’s average monthly income is only ₹7,000, making life difficult for all of us. Yet, my parents never give up on our dreams. I want to study well and build a better future for my family.


Shanti India provides free of charge full-time education for 310 of the most disadvantaged children from the Bodhgaya area.


Sponsoring one of the students of SHANTI INDIA school contributes to our action as a whole. For high school students (> class 10), your donation will be used entirely to cover their college, university or specialized institutions fee and exams, private tuition, textbooks, school equipment and transportation costs.
