Since 1976, The Opening the Heart Workshop has created profound growth and transformation!  Our skilled facilitators have helped participants take healing steps with their most important intentions, including: Grief and loss, trauma, relationships, authenticity, self-love and work/career decisions.  We've also provided tools to manifest dreams and define meaning and resilience in life's most challenging experiences. In today's world, with a significant degree of isolation, division and rapid change, the Opening the Heart work is more vital than ever.
